What You’ll Do
- Manage the day‑to‑day vendor operations for a scaled Agency segment to drive revenue growth of LATAM SMB on the Pinterest platform. This includes developing/standardizing operational systems to allow sellers to operate at a high level of productivity, standardizing pitches, upsells, and optimisations to ensure our sellers offer a world‑class sales motion against a large portfolio of advertisers.
- Implement the vision, sales strategy, and processes for the function segment, including goals and plans, revenue forecasting and quota setting, and reporting. Analyze business trends, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, to identify growth opportunities and risks to the segment.
