Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of complex mechanical systems and products within our manufacturing environment. This role involves technical leadership, project management, and mentorship.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the entire product development lifecycle for mechanical components and systems, from conceptualization and design to prototyping, testing, and production launch.
- Conduct advanced mechanical analysis, including stress, thermal, vibration, and fluid dynamics using simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD).
- Develop and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and bill of materials (BOMs) ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal quality requirements.
