As a Lead Merchandiser, you’ll work from the end of April through May, overseeing a team in a bustling Garden Centre. This role demands critical thinking, physical stamina, and a passion for outdoor living, enabling you to support team excellence in product displays and customer service every weekend.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead a team of merchandisers
- Assign tasks for efficient operation and display
- Train staff on merchandising best practices
- Set up visually appealing customer displays
- Manage the quick and secure organization of recent stock
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in retail merchandising preferred
