**Hybrid Work Model:** This position follows our hybrid work model. The selected candidate is expected to be in the office a minimum of **50% per month** at one of the following locations: **St. Petersburg, FL**

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
+ Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing
+ Mentor and guide junior developers while providing technical leadership
