Job Description
This contract role allows you to combine your technical ability and critical thinking in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment. You will provide critical support, act as a subject matter expert for Network Security, review solutions, identify improvements, and implement scalable network solutions that help Canadians Live Life Well.
What You'll Do
- Focus on continual improvement by assessing existing deployments and identifying opportunities to optimize and tighten security posture.
- Perform support activities required to maintain the department’s operational objectives, which includes off‑hours changes and support.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner and demonstrate a concrete sense of urgency.
- Actively be involved in the research, design, planning, development, and/or evaluation of new network security technologies to enhance our security posture.
