Lead Planner will drive the development and oversight of all project scheduling activities in a data center construction environment, based on-site in Querétaro.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring project timelines are realistic, controlled, and aligned with strategic objectives across multiple disciplines and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and management of project schedules, utilizing Critical Path Methodology to ensure accuracy and traceability from project inception through completion.
Establish and maintain baseline programmes, identify scheduling risks, and recommend corrective actions to align progress with contractual commitments.
Develop and present programme narratives that clearly communicate sequencing, milestones, and dependencies for client and project team alignment.
