What is the opportunity?The Enterprise Client Applications team manages IT applications enabling a comprehensive view of the client across the enterprise. We play a key role in integrating client data into cross-functional journeys, regulatory initiatives and transformation programs. Our goal is to drive delivery excellence and enable strategic transformation to drive RBC's success.We're seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Scrum Master/Technical Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team and lead multiple Agile squads as we transform this space.
