Resumen
The Lead Counsel reporting to Panasonic North America, supporting Hussmann as well as Panasonic, is responsible for advising Mexico operations on all general business law, including litigation, labor & employment, commercial contracts, and corporate secretarial matters.
Responsabilidades
LEAD COUNSEL
GENERAL BUSINESS LAW INCLUDING LITIGATION, LABOR & EMPLOYMENT, COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS & CORPORATE SECRETARIAL
- Advise Mexico operations on all labor and employment laws.
- Assist with arranging and properly documenting all necessary and/or appropriate meetings required to maintain corporate governance and maintain corporate records.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including manufacturing agreements, procurement agreements, real estate, and non-disclosure agreements.
