Elevate student outcomes as the Senior Manager of Student Success and Inclusion at JIBC. Drive initiatives that enhance mental health, crisis support, and academic achievement while fostering an inclusive environment.
In this full-time position, you will guide resources for diverse adult learners and champion inclusion and well-being. The role involves collaborating across divisions to improve retention and implement progressive learning strategies. Facilitate faculty development and support students through crisis intervention and comprehensive referral networks.
