**Your Job**As a Lead Trainer at Molex, you will play a critical role in implementing and monitoring the staff training system to enhance individual and organizational capabilities.You will analyze training needs and partner with leaders to deliver strategic learning programs that drive cultural change and improve the quality of our products and services, making Molex de Mexico a highly competitive company.
