Drive program initiatives as the Program Lead for Transitional Employment Services at the Career Foundation. Oversee training, job trials, and support for young adults with disabilities in North York, Ontario.
As the Program Lead, you will manage the *Project Work: Pathways to Work* initiative, a one-year pilot aimed at helping young adults (ages 18–30) with intellectual and developmental disabilities transition to adulthood. This full-time position emphasizes accessible pre-employment training, employer engagement, and comprehensive participant support across three micro cohorts. You will ensure that the program meets its key performance indicators and delivers impactful results.
