Great Baddow High School is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to support students with additional needs across Years 7–13 in a dynamic SEND department.

The role involves providing learning support throughout the curriculum. Ideal candidates will possess a good general education and the ability to foster relationships with young people. The position offers a salary of £16,847 for 28¾ hours per week.
