Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage client companies and coordinates legal, administrative and banking activities for client companies
Fully understand the clients activities and make sure that any action taken is consistent with the client companies activities and purposes within the legal and economic framework of the company Obtain additional work from clients as well as referrals to new clients
Be the main contact person for clients
Coordinate issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client companies with the Client Accountant
Supervise, coordinate, administer and control the work of the assistants with the office manager, the processing of documentation and distribution of work and ultimately responsible for the quality of the client files Requirements:
