Job Description
As a Legal Advisor your responsibilities are:
- Provide legal advice and support to the commercial banking operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Advise on legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support the legal department in handling disputes and litigation.
- Monitor changes in financial services regulations and advise on their impact.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
A successful Legal Advisor should have:
- A degree in Law, with a specialization in banking or financial services being advantageous.
