Job Description
Responsibilities:
Organization and preparation of Board, shareholders’ and other meetings
Filings with the Register of Commerce and Companies
Filing of legal documents
Preparing letters
Maintenance of share registers and other corporate documents
Liaison with notaries for notarization of documents
Preparation of bank opening forms
Preparing payments Requirements:
1-3 years relevant experience
Previous exposure to corporate governance or experience as a Legal Assistant would be considered as a plus
High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
Fluency in English and French is mandatory
Flexibility and strong communication and networking skills
Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and teamwork-oriented environment
