Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and preparation of Board, shareholders’ and other meetings
  • Filings with the Register of Commerce and Companies
  • Filing of legal documents
  • Preparing letters
  • Maintenance of share registers and other corporate documents
  • Liaison with notaries for notarization of documents
  • Preparation of bank opening forms
  • Preparing payments
  • Requirements:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Previous exposure to corporate governance or experience as a Legal Assistant would be considered as a plus
  • High degree of diligence and accuracy, organizational aptitude and respect of confidentiality
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Flexibility and strong communication and networking skills
  • Capacity and affinity to work in an international, multicultural and teamwork-oriented environment
