**Job Description Summary**: Support the Site Compliance Leader and Senior Counsel in various operational and compliance-related tasks.These include assisting with the creation and deployment of content for communication and awareness initiatives, reviewing and drafting contracts under the guidance of Senior Counsel, coordinating with the public notary for document requests, developing standard work documentation, and performing other related compliance tasks as needed.
**Major Duties**:- Create and deploy compliance-related communication materials, including visual aids, awareness campaigns, videos, and notices.
- Conduct compliance onboarding training for new hires.
- Develop and deliver additional training programs related to Legal & Compliance.
- Coordinate roundtable discussions with teams to address compliance topics.
