Legal Counsel (Commercial Contracts)

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Commercial Lawyer to join our team as Global Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in supporting the implementation of AI-based Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and reviewing standardized commercial contracts globally. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German or another EU language is a plus. Prior in-house experience or experience in a leading international law firm is highly desirable.
