Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate service, finance, and warranty agreements
• Advise internal teams on legal matters concerning projects
• Handle claims and coordinate with insurance brokers
• Draft corporate resolutions and compliance documents
• Support legal efforts in international projects as required
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor from an accredited Canadian law school
• Current law license in Quebec
• 4 to 8 years of law firm or in-house experience
