Your Role
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel and Executive Director, Business Law, as Legal Counsel II specializing in intellectual property, you will provide legal services to various components of the Corporation, including the business & rights management teams, media components and corporate services. Your sound judgment and experience in contract negotiation/drafting, as well as your knowledge of copyright law, will be put to good use when you render opinions, analyze, draft and negotiate agreements related to copyright (content acquisition, distribution agreements, contests, advertising, media buying, etc.).
