Responsibilities
- Support structured finance, securitization, and syndicated lending transactions.
- Advise on Canadian residential mortgage matters and loan financing structures.
- Review, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, commercial agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Support financing and loan sale transactions from inception through closing.
- Handle corporate and governance matters as required.
- Manage external counsel and coordinate transaction execution efficiently.
- Identify legal and commercial risks proactively and help move transactions forward....
