ResponsibilitiesServe as a partner and advisor providing legal assistance and support to business stakeholders regarding all employment & HR matters, such as employment contracts, claims of discrimination, and employment-related arbitration.Provide critical inputs on compliance with employment laws and regulations; provide counsel to managers regarding compliance with employment laws.Accomplish results by leveraging networks/connections, colleagues, and peers within the organization, including compensation teams, ER teams, internal investigatory teams.Proactively identify, evaluate, and contribute to the appropriate management of legal, regulatory, and reputational risk.Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Manage with the team a significant caseload of litigation and liaise with litigation colleagues and country counsel in relatio...
