**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Strong knowledge of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure management, including software licensing and version control processes;
- Experience in Change and Configuration Management procedures, including software releases, updates, approvals, and compliance tracking;
- Understanding of Enterprise Service Level Agreements (ESLA) and the ability to assess and approve software license requests against defined criteria.
