What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes to physicians, families, and team members
- Support, guide, and mentor care staff to ensure the highest standards of service
- Current LPN license in good standing
