The LINC Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering ESL instruction to adult students at the beginner to intermediate levels, CLB Literacy to CLB 8. The primary duties for this position include assessing and monitoring student progress, development of curriculum and teaching materials, and providing settlement information to students.
The key areas of responsibility are:
Have working knowledge of the philosophy and teaching objectives of the LINC program as stipulated by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees Citizenship Canada) Ensure students achieve the outcomes set by IRCC.
