This role ensures sustained continuity of technical mastery and line leadership in manufacturing. The Line Manager leads a key production line, delivering results that align with the site’s business objectives. They use a systematic, strategic approach to sustain long‑term results and develop others to maintain technical mastery.
How you will contribute
In your first managerial role you will ensure that safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets are met for the lines you oversee.
