As a Literacy Catalyst, your mission is to support teachers by providing mentorship and facilitating effective instructional strategies. Focused on curriculum objectives, you will research best practices and help enhance teachers' skills through collaborative efforts. In cooperation with the principal and staff, you will also organize the school's Language Arts program to meet provincial requirements and foster an engaging learning environment.
