This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking to develop a strong practice within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
The firm is particularly interested in candidates with an existing book of business or demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
What You'll Do
Manage and assist with wrongful dismissal, human rights claims, and workplace disputes
Appear before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and other relevant tribunals
Draft pleadings, affidavits, applications, and settlement materials
