Responsibilities
- Evaluate, enhance and document existing or new functionalities, features, and processes.
- Execute strategic view for Casino in coordination with stakeholders and development team.
- Ownership and prioritization of the Casino Backlog.
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors to leverage their products and services in Casino.
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to design and develop the best offers for retention, acquisition, cross‑selling, churn prevention, upselling and reactivation.
