Supply Department - Customer Service Representative

Department: Supply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and process shipments.
  • Coordinate transport logistics as per customer needs.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and business English.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in TOMS GM, ERP (SAP), and Excel.
  • Understanding of supply chain management and risk management.
