General Job Description- Helps negotiate Union contracts and/or work with HR management to ensure company is within local requirements and able to obtain satisfactory agreements for all parties.
- Helps to deter unionization in countries where applicable through effective employee relations skills and assist line management in the maintenance of effective lines of communication.
- Ensures delivery of compensation and benefit programs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assists management in recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt employees and in the administration of Human Resources paperwork.
- Ensures that Human Resources administration policies, programs, and procedures for compensation, benefits, and organization planning are communicated and administered.
