Overview
As an LMS Administrator, you will administer and support SumTotal and Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, ensuring system stability, data integrity, compliance reporting, and user experience across the Commercial segment.
Responsibilities
- Administration and support of the Enterprise Learning Management System (SumTotal, Cornerstone OnDemand).
- Manage training content (PDF, SCORM, ILT, certifications, assessments, curriculum, training plan), course assignments, audience/group management, data loads, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of LMS architecture, workflows, and configuration.
- Experience with SSO (SAML, OAuth), API integrations, and data feeds.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday HRIS integrations including data mapping, imports/exports, and automation workflows.
- LMS migration experience required.
