Responsibilities
- Review draft of legal documents and provide opinions from operational perspective.
- Create, update and manage the various Notebooks in Loan IQ (LIQ) for your assigned accounts.
- Ensure LIQ indexation aligns with Credit Agreement and report discrepancies to Relationship Manager and/or your manager.
- Understand client’s needs and propose appropriate solutions that support the implementation of activities while considering the diversity of cases and bank’s operational limitations.
