Local route Truck Drivers (CDL A or B) are responsible for loading galley equipment onto a truck, driving the truck to various types of aircrafts, and unloading the equipment. Local CDL Truck Drivers usually drive on local public roads, outside of the airport and terminal.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Local CDL Truck Drivers load equipment onto the truck.
• Drives the truck to the aircraft (Local airport).
• Loads galleys according to customer guidelines (Local airport).
• Local CDL Truck Drivers unload and place dirty equipment and trash in designated areas (Local facilities).
• All activities must be accomplished according to customer guidelines while adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Interact with the airline representatives at the aircraft (Local airport).
