Consultant Anaesthetist – Fixed Term 6 Months
Applications are welcome for the above fixed term post based at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.
We are looking to appoint a Consultant Anaesthetist to complement a department of over 40 people in a busy District General Hospital.
We provide anaesthesia for a wide range of specialty surgery including Robotics, General Surgery, Breast, ENT, Maxillofacial, Obstetrics, Gynaecology (general and oncology), Trauma and Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology and Paediatrics. Day surgery is performed at a stand‑alone unit in Dunfermline. We also provide support to an on‑site National Treatment Centre for elective Orthopaedic work.
Eligibility and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a medical post graduate qualification (i.e. FRCA, MRCP, FFICM, etc.). Applicants must have full GMC Registration, a license to practise and be eligible for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register. Those trained in the...
