Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Lodge Coordinator is key in managing lodge service contracts and maintaining exemplary standards. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills along with a comprehensive understanding of contract execution and food safety standards. This role is based in Geraldton, Ontario, on a 4 days on/3 days off schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor lodge contract performance using KPIs
• Build relationships with contractors and lodge staff
• Serve as contact point for lodge-related issues
• Ensure high-quality delivery of lodge services
