This role ensures that purchase orders are fulfilled on schedule, coordinates with suppliers, and maintains clear communication across departments to prevent delays and optimize supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods related to purchase orders.
- Generate delivery tracking reports and performance indicators by supplier.
- Identify and report delays, issues, or alerts to relevant departments (Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and End Users).
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and supplier communications.
