Job Description
The Logistics - Analyst I is responsible for supporting logistics operational excellence and solutions that reduce transport costs for Plexus' manufacturing sites, by actively participating in logistics initiatives that ensure efficient product movement, both internationally and domestically.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze transport activities that drive operational changes to reduce transport cost, including managing routing guide compliance, minimizing premium freight usage, better utilization of equipment, optimal mode selection, and analysis of alternative routing methods.
- Support Regional/Site stakeholders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics service providers to track and expedite shipments to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
- Create and reconcile accurate material overhead (MOH) models for new and existing customers.
