Job Summary
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for planning the calibrator schedules according to the nearest location and the lowest logístical cost. Monitoring and ensuring that the calibration process is completed.
Key Activities
- Scheduling calibrations for approved calibrators
- Purchase airline tickets, buses, hotels and rental cars
- Feeding financial data into spreadsheets
- Sourcing new calibrators
- Qualifying calibrators
- Quality assurance - checking reports
Qualifications
- Education in Administration, Engineering or related activities
- Knowledge of planning and logistics
- Desirable: Travel agency experience
- Desirable: Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001)
