What does a logistics employee do?

In this role, you collect and check orders, prepare them for shipment, and assist with loading and unloading trucks. You also receive and inspect incoming goods and ensure that the inventory is accurate. Together with your colleagues, you keep the warehouse tidy and safe, identify discrepancies, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

In general, your tasks will include:

  • Collecting and checking orders (possibly using an EPT)
  • Packing the orders
  • Loading and unloading
  • Receiving and checking goods
  • Filling the sorting machine
  • Operating the reach truck and forklift (only if you hold a valid forklift/reach truck certificate)

    • At this company, you will work different shifts. Your tasks primarily consist of logistical duties.
