Responsible for coordinating ocean and air shipments of imported parts, ensuring smooth logístical flow, and proactively seeking solutions for unexpected situations.
**Logistics Analyst responsibilities**:
- Close tracking and control of the shipments ensuring that the flow is occurring as planned;
- Identify risks, take appropriate actions, and escalate as necessary;
- Be a solution provider, challenging the status quo and proactively proposing efficient solutions;
- Maintain a direct interface and clear communication with logistics providers (ocean carriers, freight forwarders, trading partners) and key stakeholders at GM to ensure that business targets are met and exceeded. This includes a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, responsiveness, employee engagement, and financial initiatives;
