Join Our Crew! We are hiring an In-Land-Delivery-Coordinator to support the movement of freight containers via land (rail, over the road).
Responsibilities
- As our In-Land Delivery Coordinator you’ll be the critical first mate ensuring shipments arrive safely and on time.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions about order status, delivery times, and more.
- Assist in processing truck orders, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and communicate updated timelines to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and shipment statuses.
