Position Overview
Loss Prevention Monitoring Technician works in a remote monitoring center and is responsible for conducting camera surveillance investigations, audits and providing support with shoplifter situations at retail stores.
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct video investigations for internal and external theft at retail locations.
- Complete video audits to verify Loss Prevention policies are followed.
- Log and maintain records for all investigations and audits.
- Clearly and accurately communicate findings to the Operations and Loss Prevention teams.
- Answer phone calls from stores and provide live support with shoplifter situations.
- Complete camera system troubleshooting as required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Comfortable working with computers for an entire shift.
