Overview
Take charge as a Loss Prevention Lead at SportChek, enhancing customer and employee safety. Help reduce store losses through proactive engagement and awareness on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to minimize internal and external loss
- Be a Loss Prevention presence during peak hours
- Ensure product security and adherence to tagging standards
- Log incidents and communicate with the Regional LP Manager
- Coach team members on loss prevention best practices
Qualifications
- 6+ months retail experience preferred
- 12+ months as a Loss Prevention Officer or Security
- Experience in training and mentoring staff
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid CPR & First Aid training required
