Lead loss prevention strategies at Purolator as a Loss Prevention Manager in Winnipeg. Drive security audits and effective education to minimize loss and damage claims.
Reporting directly to the Manager, Security & LP Divisional Central Region, this role will help national account customers enhance loss prevention strategies. You will conduct audits, review claims history, and provide insights into areas of opportunity for improvement. This role demands flexibility, as urgent issues may arise outside standard working hours, necessitating swift response.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Loss Prevention briefings at crew meetings
• Perform compliance audits on customer packaging and piece count
• Analyze high-loss customer claims history and provide reports
• Conduct investigations and interviews as required
