**LPN / LVN – Long Term Care (LTC) | Days | Grand Rapids, MI**
**Location:** Grand Rapids, MI
**Facility:** Corewell Health Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – Kentridge
**Contract:** 13 Weeks (extensions common)
**Schedule:** 3x12s (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 hours/week
**Weekend Rotation:** Every 3rd weekend
**Openings:** 3
**Compensation**
+ **Local:** $40/hour
+ **Travel Package:** $1,760/week Total Travel Package
+ **OT:** 1.25x after 40 hours
