RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates in the collection and assessment of the patient’s problem/condition. Provide pre-attending care for patients. Elicit and document the patient’s chief complaint, history and patient needs.Collaborates on the development, planning and modification of the Registered Nurse’s or Advanced Practice Nurse’s nursing care plan.
