Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Legal Operations, the Senior Legal Budget Analyst supports the Legal team's financial operations with a focus on budgeting, billing, and process improvement. This role partners closely with Legal leadership, Finance, Accounting, and external vendors to ensure transparent, accurate, and efficient financial management.
The Senior Legal Budget Analyst maintains the Legal department budget across four regions and four GLs, overseeing outside counsel billing, spend tracking, accruals, and forecasting. They monitor spending trends, analyze variances, and provide clear insights to support decision‑making, while ensuring timely and compliant invoice processing in partnership with a dedicated billing administrator.
