Certification/Licenses Requirements: Valid, unrestricted, LPN/LVN license at least 1 state, territory, or commonwealth of the U.S Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum Experience: continuously employed in the practice of Licensed Practical Nurse for 1 year prior to start of work at the MTF.
