Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Assistant to be responsible for providing assistance to the Real Estate and Facilities Manager in the maintenance and operation of all SI owned or leased properties.
Responsibilities/Competencies
Perform routine maintenance on the buildings which includes changing light bulbs, small plumbing issues in bathrooms and kitchens, make minor repair to heating, cooling, plumbing building systemsNotify facilities manager of any needed repairsMove furniture, business equipment when requiredLoad, unload or stack containers, materials or productControl & monitor irrigation system & make small repairsKeep four kitchens clean & stocked with suppliesKeep conference rooms cleaned & organizedMonitor rest rooms...
