- Communications between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner.
- Prepare Summary of the day and pass over.
- Adhesion to KPI.
- Assignment of work order per technician.
- Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly).
- Communicate the actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work).
- Carry out pre and post-intervention ''go-see'' operational in force.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support the preventive vision of the company.
- Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management.
- Perform RIPs (potential impact review).
- Write work permits.
- Assist / Support the maintenance leader.
